The Polish-Speaking Tertianship 2010 July - October The first part in Poland – July 2 till September 8 The second part in Italy at the Generalate – September 9 till October 30, 2010. Fourteen sisters from the provinces of Poland and Slovakia started their tertianship in Poland on the 2nd of July 2010. They will complete the first part of the tertianship on the 29th of October, for a total of four months. Then, during the coming year they will have an eight day retreat and some more time together. In the meantime, they will visit other provinces for their immersion experience. During the four-month part of the program, the sisters made a thirty-day retreat, and attended courses on the Bible, the Psalms, our Constitutions, our spirituality, St. Angela, Mary of the Incarnation, History of the Order, interreligious dialogue, our Chapter message, communication, conflicts etc. The directress of the tertianship is Sister Ewa Dziura. The Sisters arrived in Rome on the 9th of September. Included in the program are visits to Desenzano and Brescia, and another pilgrimage to Assisi. There will also be time to visit some places in Rome, as well as Fondi and Monte Cassino. They are also planning to participate in the canonization of the first Australian Saint, Mary Helen MacKillop.
