| On September 27, 2010 M. Cecilia and the general Council met with the Polish/Slovak tertians and their directress Sr. Ewa Dziura. The sisters will spend the months of September and October in Rome as part of their program. There are 10 sisters from the Province of Poland and 4 sisters from the Province of Slovakia making their tertianship. We met together and one of their questions for the council was to ask what provinces/communities each council is in link with, what does it mean to be a “link” and what were we doing before being elected on the council. One of the questions to them from the council was: How do we discern the priorities for our ministries as there are many needs, including the needs of the poor. The exchange was very good and our hour and a half went by very fast as we were very engaged in the dialogue. |
